PREPARATION

In a little oil acitrone the onion, add chopped tomatoes, chipotle peppers and let it cook and reduce the liquid from the tomatoes.

Add chicken and season with salt or bouillon powder to taste, form tacos and fry in oil until browned, arrange on a platter with sliced lettuce, tomatoes and avocado around, serve garnished with the sauce and a little cream.
